Top design
The Altena Inland Cruiser is a river vessel designed by Vripack, which has a CE -B certificate and CVO (Certificate of Examination).
It is a combination of traditional and modern elements.
It has a multi-chine hull and a modern transom.
The aft deck has a facade with 4 French doors and is flush with the saloon. The foredeck is flush with the wheelhouse, so there is little difference in height.
The wheelhouse is also equipped with 2 side doors, which simplifies sailing with this ship.
The entire ship is surrounded by a robust stainless steel sea rail, which improves safety.
The ship is equipped for a longer stay on board, in order to sail many rivers and canals in Europe.
Reliable technology
The Altena Inland Cruiser 2400 is equipped with a lot of comfort.
Such as 2 engines, so that the ship has sufficient power to navigate the Rhine.
2 generators, so there is always a backup to have enough power on board.
2 spud poles, for easy or alone mooring.
The central heating, which is connected to the underfloor heating, provides a pleasant warmth on board.
The heating and air conditioning can be operated separately in all rooms.
A watermaker is on site, so you can be sure that there is always fresh water on board.
There are several fridge and freezer combinations, so that sufficient supplies can be taken with you.
The ship can be controlled with a remote control, making it easy to moor from the gangway.
There is one system for maneuvering the ship, so that both engines and the bow- and sternthruster can be operated with 1 joystick.
3 large touchscreens have been placed on the steering position.
The windows are double glazed and equipped with thermo block.
Drinking water and bilge pumps are of a double version.
In short, the ship is fully equipped.
Spacious interior
The Altena Inland Cruiser 2400 is a very spaciously designed ship.
The aft deck has a spacious fixed sofa and table.
From the aft deck you enter the saloon through 4 French doors.
The salon has a spacious lounge sofa and a dinette.
On SB side is sufficient cupboard space.
Two steps lead to the galley and wheelhouse.
The galley is large and fully equipped.
In the wheelhouse on port side, a staircase leads to the lower accommodation, here are 2 guest cabins with private bathroom and toilet.
In an intermediate space, room has been made for a crew cabin, again with its own sanitation.
In the front is the owner’s cabin, with its own separate spacious toilet and shower.
