The Altena 61’ OC is a stylish motor yacht with a classic round-bilge hull and modern touches. Stainless steel portholes and a ship’s bell contrast beautifully with the sleekly designed wheelhouse featuring large windows. Wide, safe gangways and multiple seating areas in the forward cabin or open cockpit ensure comfort and optimal views. The swimming platform is accessible via two separate staircases.
The spacious lazarette and easily accessible engine room make maintenance straightforward. The yacht is fitted with two powerful 230 pk John Deere diesel engines, water separators and a fuel centrifuge. An underwater exhaust ensures significant noise reduction. Thanks to the integrated Yachtcontrol system and the comprehensive Simrad navigation system, everything can be controlled centrally, even remotely. At around 1,400 rpm, the Altena 61’ OC has a comfortable cruising speed of around 14 km/h, with a fuel consumption of 11 litres per hour per engine.
The yacht features a spacious wheelhouse, a large galley and two cabins with en-suite bathrooms. Warm materials such as oak flooring, cherry wood panelling and taupe-coloured leather create a luxurious atmosphere. The view from the luxurious helm seat is perfect, thanks in part to the attractive rounded corner windows at the bow and the low panelling. The oak flooring and cherry wood panelling give the entire interior a warm and homely feel. Below deck is a central galley with a dinette seating four. The guest cabin is comfortable and light, with en-suite facilities.
